Deadlifts

Shitty day at work, only five hours of sleep, but that gym saved the day. Came out feeling better than I went in, by far. Stronger and more centered. Digging that rep max at 355, too.

Deadlifts:

 135 x 8
165 x 5
205 x 5
250 x 3
270 x 5
315 x 5
355 x 6 (New Rep max)
6 x 6 @ 225

Pendlay Rows:
5 x 6 @ 135

Front Squats:

1x5 @ 135
4x5 @ 185
